NEW FERRY LIBRARY
New Ferry Library is located within the grounds of Grove Street
School. Although the books and staff are provided by Wirral
Borough Council, the building itself is owned by and maintained by
small size when compared to others, the library has a good collection of childrens books.
The school is very active in encouraging parents to enrol their
children with the library so that they can further develop their
reading skills outside of school time. We also have a BOOKSTART
scheme, which parents can register their children with from birth
to age 12, with packs of free books available.

Hall. We are in the small single-storey building to the left,
between the Village Hall and the school. The door of the
library faces the school car park.
Street car park, right beside the library, is free.
BEBINGTON CENTRAL LIBRARY
library for the area is located in nearby Bebington. It has a
large reference section with some local history books, as well as a
larger dedicated childrens library. Computers with internet
access are also available.
