PLANT BLUEBELLS AND HELP WITH WINTER WORK IN NEW FERRY BUTTERFLY PARK


01 November 2012 

New Ferry Butterfly Park has been awarded a grant from the 'Your Wirral' fund from Wirral Borough Council to plant 500 native bluebells.  Everyone is invited to come along on SUNDAY 11th NOVEMBER at 2pm to help plant the bluebells.

You can also help out with general winter maintenance work in the Butterfly Park.  Free exercise in the fresh air; just wear stout footwear and suitable clothing.  The park will be open for volunteers to help out between 9.30am and 4pm (stay as long as you wish!) on the following dates:

  • 11th November

  • 9th December

  • 13th January

  • 10th February

  • 10th March

  • 14th April
