Business Directory - Homepage

New Ferry is one of Wirral's oldest traditional local district shopping centres and sits on the edge of Port Sunlight Village, Wirral's premier tourist attraction; and close to the River Mersey waterfront.

New Ferry remains a friendly shopping centre which has much to offer if you are prepared to have a look.  You will be surprised at how our traders manage to offer so much as they do, with quality goods at prices that will suit your pockets and purses.

We have several large food stores such as Iceland, Aldi, and Heron Foods which attract customers from a significant distance - but also speciality shops and services such as quality butchers, an aquatic pets centre, hairdressers, motor parts and repairs, health and beauty salons. We also have friendly cafes with yummy cooked breakfasts and snacks, popular pubs, and cozy popular restaurants to cater for your evening needs.

Although the face of the shopping centre has changed over the years, there is still a thriving community here. We have a nationally award winning Farmers Market held on the second  Saturday of every month, and several new businesses have arrived here in recent years including The Chocolate Cellar, Paula's Pampered Pooches and Pawprints Charity Shop.

New Ferry is the ideal place for new businesses wanting to set up.  Not only do we have premises available for rent, you will find that for certain types of businesses, the paying of business rates has been waived by the local authority as an incentive for businesses to come here and have time to thrive.

In addition, since the explosion in March 2017, the Council and government have focussed their attentions on regenerating the district centre, with private developers now champing  at the bit to get a piece of the action and the benefits of the exciting things that are going to happen here in the coming years with a £20 million rebuilding programme that is going to include new and replacement shops with over 90 new homes now underway.

Oh, and we have FREE CAR PARKING too!

Get yourself included in our online Business Directory for FREE

On these pages on this website you will find our online Business Directory.

In 2018 we produced and distributed a printed version to over 4,000 homes in New Ferry and some surrounding areas, but it is more cost effective to maintain this online.  Inclusion on this website FREE to any business that is based either in New Ferry or Port Sunlight Village.

We are sorry, but we cannot include businesses whose address is not within these two areas - we cannot maintain and provide a directory for the whole of Wirral.

To get your business included on this Directory, please use our listing form.  You can also use the form to amend your existing listing if it needs it.
